		<description>I realize I&#039;m answering this literally about 7 months to late...but I just noticed the comment!  For the sake of everyone&#039;s information, it is an effect created by the lens itself.  That picture was taken with a 15mm fisheye lens which heavily distorts the image.  You CAN create a similar effect in photoshop by using the lens correction filter to actually &quot;un-correct&quot; the image.</description>
